How does the trial period work for accessories?

The day your item arrives at your delivery address, the 14-night trial starts. We offer this benefit because we believe the only way you'll know if an Emma product is the right fit for you is by testing it and getting used to it. Within the trial period, if you still think our product is not the perfect match for you, you can return it. All you have to do is use our Returns Portal to start the process. The Risk-free Trial Period is an exclusive benefit offered to Emma customers.

Will the accessories be delivered together with the mattress or separately?

In most cases, our products will arrive on different days. Because we work with different partners around the world, there is always a chance that your accessories will arrive in separate parcels.
