Your Metal bed will arrive in 2 packages (1 for the Single size) between 16-23kg each. We provide a booklet with easy-to-follow instructions so you can assemble it.

Single Size: 90x190cm - 23kg. Double Size: 135x190cm - 31kg. King Size: 150x200cm - 32kg. Super King Size: 180x200 - 40kg.

It doesn’t, but you can always add one of our award-winning Emma mattresses to your purchase. On the configuration options above, just click on "yes" for "Add a mattress" and choose which mattress you want to add. The mattress will be delivered together with the Metal bed frame.

Yes! All available Emma beds are compatible with Emma mattresses and designed to work better together.

Our beds are designed for a continuous load of up to 250 kg.

Yes! We have designed the Emma beds to be compatible with standard mattress sizes.

Carefully vacuum or brush to remove dust. Wipe with a non-abrasive damp cloth or paper towel if needed to remove stains, ideally as soon as they occur.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your bed purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your bed, we offer a return or exchange policy. At the same time, you have 30 nights to try the product, if by any reason you are not convinced you can return it and receive the money back.

If any part of your bed is damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team to get the spare parts delivered to you in no time. Please attach a clear picture of the damaged part or specify the missing part using the assembly instructions as reference.
