All Emma mattresses lie in the medium firmness range to ensure correct spinal alignment and support. On a scale from 1 (soft) to 10 (firm), the Emma Hybrid Airgrid is a 7.5 (medium-firm) mattress.

Outer materials: Top and Side Cover fabric: Emma UltraDry™ breathable cover 100% polyester | Bottom cover - UltraDry™ anti-slip cover 85% polyester, 15% polypropylene.
Inner materials: AeroFoam | Hyper-elastic AirGrid® foam | 3-zone pocket spring structure | Stabiliser polyester layer.

Outer Microfibre Pillow Cover: 100% Polyester
Inner Layers:Polyester Layer: Composed by siliconized hollowfiber – 100% Polyester. Outlast Fabric Layer: thermo-materials start working even before the moisture is created. In this way, the amount of sweat can be significantly reduced.

Washing instructions: Machine wash at a maximum of 40 ºC with laundry detergent. Avoid bleaching to maintain color and prevent damage. Do not iron. Do not use fabric softner when washing. For dry cleaning, use Perchloroethylene. Opt for low tumble dry or spread microfibres evenly if air drying.

It is recommended to wash the pillow once every half year to ensure proper maintenance.
