• Where are Emma Mattresses made?

  Emma mattresses are proudly made in UK and Ireland. We've partnered up with some of the nation's leading mattress manufacturers and producers to create the best mattresses for you. Each Emma mattress is created in-house by a committed team of industry experts, to ensure you get only the best. Using the latest foam technologies and only the best British and Irish materials, our product designers, engineers and technical managers work tirelessly to develop products that you love.

• How much is an Emma Mattress?

  The Emma mattress comes in two varieties - there is the Emma Original and the Emma Premium. The sizes range from - Single, Small Double, Double, King Size and Super King Size. The cost for The Emma Original ranges from £499 to £899, depending on the size of the mattress. The cost for the Emma Premium ranges from £749 to £1,319, also depending on the size of the mattress. Our mattresses come directly from the factory to you. We skip the elegant showrooms and fussy salespeople in order to save you time and money. We skipped on the frills in order to give our customers a lower - and fair - price without skimping on quality.

• How long does it take for an Emma Mattress to inflate?

  Emma mattresses are cleverly packaged in an easy-to-move cardboard box. We use a special vacuuming process to gently compress and roll your mattress, so even the largest mattress can fit inside. This space-saving method is kinder to the environment and takes up less space on our delivery trucks. The Emma mattress takes up to 2-6 hours to fully inflate. Please also note it is not entirely uncommon for the mattress to take longer to inflate to its full size. Although it is rare what can sometimes happen is that the mattresses are vacuum packed slightly tighter which just leads to a little more time for the full inflation to take place. Although they should reach 90%-95% of the desired depth within 48 hours, it may take an extra couple of days for them to reach the optimal height.

• Where can I try an Emma Mattress?

  It's simple. You can test the Emma mattress for 100 days to decide whether or not you are satisfied with our product. If you realise that Emma is not the right mattress for you, simply contact our customer service team ([email protected]) to arrange a pick-up. We will give you a refund for 100% of the purchase price. However, we do ask that you give yourself time to get used to your new mattress so we recommend testing your Emma for at least 3 - 4 weeks before sending it back. We believe that our mattresses provide the perfect night's sleep for 99% of our customers. The mattress industry is aimed at confusing customers with excess supply, pushy sales tactics and high prices. We want to make sure your mattress buying experience is as simple and carefree as possible. That is why we offer our customers the chance to test the Emma mattress for 100 days risk-free. If you do not enjoy it, just simply call or email us and we’ll pick it up free of charge.

• Can I wash an Emma Mattress cover?

  Most people spend a third of their lives in bed so it is important to keep your mattress clean and fresh. The cover is removable and very easy to clean. You just open the zip and separate the top from the bottom part. It can be washed at 60°C. Small stains can be easily removed with warm and gentle detergent. The special breathability and open-cell structure of the core materials provide a self-contained ventilation system, keeping the mattress aerated and clean.

• Can I sleep on my Emma Mattress straight away?

  Yes, you can. Once you receive your Emma Mattress, all you have to do is remove the mattress from the box, unroll the mattress onto a flat surface, and remove the packaging. The mattress only needs a few hours to expand. After it expands to its full size, it is ready to be slept on.

• Can you use an electric blanket with an Emma Mattress?

  Yes! The Emma mattress is perfectly suitable and safe to use with an electric blanket.

• How to clean an Emma Mattress?

  It is important to clean your mattress regularly to achieve an optimal sleep climate. You can wash the mattress cover regularly in the washing machine. Tough stains can be removed with simple detergent. You can also occasionally remove dust with a vacuum cleaner hose. With regular cleaning, your mattress will stay fresh and last longer. • Do Emma Mattresses come rolled up?

  Yes, Emma mattresses are cleverly packaged in an easy-to-move cardboard box. We use a special vacuuming process to gently compress and roll your mattress, so even the largest mattress can fit inside. This space-saving method is kinder to the environment, taking up less space on our delivery trucks and allowing us to transport more in one go, but it also means we're able to get the mattresses to you much quicker.
