Can I close the bed after assembly without a mattress?

You must ensure that the mattress is on the bed frame before operating the lift mechanism. Failure to do so could result in an injury.

How is the bed delivered?

Your Ottoman bed will arrive in 3 packages between 18-38kg each. We provide a booklet with easy-to-follow instructions so you can assemble it.

Does the bed come with a mattress?

It doesn’t, but you can always add one of our award-winning Emma mattresses to your purchase. On the configuration options above, just click on "yes" for "Add a mattress" and choose which mattress you want to add. The mattress will be delivered together with the Ottoman bed frame.

Are all bed sizes compatible with Emma mattresses?

Yes! All available Emma beds are compatible with Emma mattresses and designed to work better together.

What is the maximum weight each bed can support?

Our beds are designed for a continuous load of up to 250 kg.

Are Emma beds compatible with mattresses other than Emma mattresses?

Yes! We have designed the Emma beds to be compatible with standard mattress sizes.

How can I clean my bed?

Carefully vacuum or brush to remove dust. Wipe with a non-abrasive damp cloth or paper towel if needed to remove stains, ideally as soon as they occur.

Can I return or exchange the bed if I'm not satisfied?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your bed purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your bed, we offer a return or exchange policy. At the same time, you have 200 nights to try the product, if by any reason you are not convinced you can return it and receive the money back.

I am looking for a spare part. What do I have to do now?

If any part of your bed is damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team to get the spare parts delivered to you in no time. Please attach a clear picture of the damaged part or specify the missing part using the assembly instructions as reference.
