How long does it take to deliver the bed?

Our delivery time depends on various factors, including your location and the availability of the bed model you choose. In general, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe. This timeframe can range from a few days to a few weeks. What is the maximum weight each bed can support?

Our beds are designed for a continuous load of up to 250 kg.

How does the choice of bed affect the mattress?

We design our beds to maximize the support of our mattresses. For example, a solid slatted base can provide firmer support, while slatted frames can provide better shock absorption. In addition, the combination of bed and mattress can affect the seat height of the bed. Whether a bed system is open or closed makes a bigger difference. In the case of a closed system, we recommend airing and rotating the mattress regularly to allow the accumulated moisture to escape from the bed. All Emma beds already take this factor into account and are designed to be very open.

Are all bed sizes compatible with Emma mattresses?

Yes! All available Emma beds are compatible with Emma mattresses and designed to work better together.

Are the mattresses included with the beds?

No, but you can always add one of our award-winning mattresses to your purchase.

How can I clean my bed?

Carefully vacuum or brush to remove dust. Wipe with a non-abrasive damp cloth or paper towel if needed to remove stains, ideally as soon as they occur.

Can I return or exchange the bed if I'm not satisfied?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your bed purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your bed, we offer a return or exchange policy. At the same time, you have 200 nights to try the product, if by any reason you are not convinced you can return it and receive the money back.

I am looking for a spare part. What do I have to do now?

If any part of your bed is damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team to get the spare parts delivered to you in no time. Please attach clear a picture of the damaged part or specify the missing part using the assembly instructions as reference.
