Our Service Promise to you

- Each Emma product is delivered factory-fresh and neatly vacuum-packed from our warehouse straight to your front door. We have put strict hygiene policies in place to ensure the safety of you and our couriers. Once your order is placed and the payment is confirmed, we’ll start getting your order ready. As soon as your mattress has shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your items on their journey. Our courier will contact you on the day of delivery to let you know when your mattress will be arriving.
- We’re sure you’ll love your Emma products but if for any reason you don’t, you can return it for a full refund. We’ve simplified the process to make returning an item stress-free. All you’ve got to do is head to our portal. Here, just pop in your order number and the email address you used to place your order. Then just select the items you wish to return. Hit confirm and you’re done. For mattresses, beds, or bundles that include either of these items, our customer service team will arrange a free pick-up by our courier service. Once everything is sorted, the courier will contact you to schedule a collection date that works best for you. If you’re returning a stand-alone accessory (not part of a bundle), you can simply drop it off at one of our partner locations at your convenience within 7 days.

No, our standard delivery is entirely free. We've partnered with shipping services like DPD, UPS, and Rhenus to ensure the seamless delivery of your Emma products right to your doorstep. If you're not entirely happy with your Emma products you can return them for free too.
You can find the estimated dispatch time on the product pages. Please keep in mind that orders are only shipped once we've received your payment. Depending on the payment method this might take a couple of days.
Our Emma mattresses are cleverly packaged in an easy-to-move cardboard box. We use a special vacuuming process to gently compress and roll your mattress so that even the largest mattress can fit inside a box. This space-saving method allows you to move it around your home more easily upon delivery, is kinder to the environment, and takes up less space on our delivery trucks - allowing more efficient and faster transport to you!
To return an item, you can use our returns portal. Once we've processed your return, our courier will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable date for the collection of your items.
If you choose to return a mattress you don't need to worry about rolling it and packing it back in its box - just bring it by your doorstep, wrapped in plastic to protect it, so our couriers can pick it up.
In order to protect you and our courier service providers, we have implemented a strict no-contact collection. This means that our courier will not be permitted to enter your home. So, we kindly ask you to bring the bed disassembled and packed (ideally in the same boxes) to your doorstep.
If you're not fully satisfied with your new pillow, duvet, topper or bed linen within the trial period you can return it for free. Simply use the Returns Portal, pack it up (preferably in the same box) and deliver it to our courier on your preferred date, within seven (7) days.
Up to 200 nights is a long time to hold on to a box!! Although we would prefer to receive the products back in their respective box (as it's the most sustainable option), if for any reason that's not possible, we'll still accept the return in a different package.
