The bed frame arrives in two easy to carry boxes, each weighing below 25 kg, with a step-by-step instruction booklet included, so you’ll know exactly what goes where. It should take roughly 35 minutes to assemble and it is so easy, you can assemble it by yourself

A used bed base will reduce the performance of your new mattress and can even damage it (poor evacuation of humidity and increased risk of allergy linked to dust mites). All the beds in our range offer you maximum support and breathability and thus up to 30% additional comfort and longevity to your mattress.

Our beds are designed for a continuous load of up to 250 kg.
We design our beds to maximize the support of our mattresses. For example, a solid slatted base can provide firmer support, while slatted frames can provide better shock absorption. In addition, the combination of bed and mattress can affect the seat height of the bed. Whether a bed system is open or closed makes a bigger difference. In the case of a closed system, we recommend airing and rotating the mattress regularly to allow the accumulated moisture to escape from the bed. All Emma beds already take this factor into account and are designed to be very open.

Carefully vacuum or brush to remove dust. Wipe with a non-abrasive damp cloth or paper towel if needed to remove stains, ideally as soon as they occur.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your bed purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your bed, we offer a return or exchange policy. At the same time, you have 200 nights to try the product, if by any reason you are not convinced you can return it and receive the money back.
If any part of your bed is damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team to get the spare parts delivered to you in no time. Please attach clear a picture of the damaged part or specify the missing part using the assembly instructions as reference.
