A sleep consultation is a free, personalised in-store session with one of our product experts.It usually lasts between 30 and 60 minutes and is designed to help you find the best sleep setup for your individual needs.
During the consultation, our expert will take the time to understand your sleep habits, preferences, and challenges, and guide you through our product range to recommend the right mattress and accessories for you.
You can book an appointment via the Emma store section by selecting your preferred store and clicking “Book appointment.”

Can I take products home directly from the store or are they delivered?

Whether you can take a product home on the same day depends on the store’s current stock.
Items like pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, and bed linen are often available for immediate pickup.
If something isn’t in stock, we’ll make sure it’s delivered straight to your home.

At the moment, it’s not possible to place an order online for in-store collection. However, if your desired product is in stock at your local Emma Store, you can buy it directly there and take it home the very same day.
