If you contact us via our social media channels, we process the data that you make available to us and the data that is required to process your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you have given your consent to the operators of the respective social media platforms (e.g. by means of a checkbox opt-in), the processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent to the operator of the respective platform at any time with effect for the future.
When you visit our social media pages, your user data is recorded and made available to us by the operator. The exact types of data vary from provider to provider, but typically include the following information:
- Followers: number and saved profiles; Information about growth and development over a defined period of time
- Reach: number of people who see a specific post; Number of interactions with a post
- From this z. B. deduce which content is better received in the community than others
- Ad Performance: How many people were reached and engaged with a post or paid ad

We have no influence on the generation and presentation of this data and can neither switch off this function nor prevent the processing of the data.
The most effective way to assert data subject rights and inquiries is to address them directly to the platform operator, as only they have access to your data and can take immediate action and provide information. If our cooperation is required for this, we will support you in enforcing your rights as a data subject.

8.Social Media Plug-ins
We have integrated plug-ins on our web services. These plug-ins are identified by the respective button belonging to the service. With the help of the plug-ins, users can share or post links to the relevant websites on social networks such as Facebook or Twitter or recommend the content there. Through your active interaction with these plugins, e.g. by clicking on the respective button or leaving a comment, this information is transmitted directly to the respective service and stored there.
If you visit one of our web services that contains an activated plugin, your browser establishes a connection with the servers of the respective service, which in turn transmits the content of the plugin to your browser, which then integrates it into the displayed page. In this way, the information about the visit to our web services is forwarded to the respective service. We do not collect any personal data ourselves through the social plugins or about their use and have no influence on which data an activated plugin collects and how this is used by the provider. It must be assumed that at least the IP address and device-related information will be collected and used. It is also possible that the service provider tries to save cookies on the computer used.
Common social media plug-ins transmit the above user data to the operator of the social network each time the website is accessed. This also applies if you are not logged in as a user of the website or are a member of the network. In order to prevent the unconscious and unwanted collection and transmission of personal data to the service provider, we use the so-called "2-click solution" on our web services: In order to activate a desired plugin, it must first be activated by clicking on the corresponding button. Only when the plugin is activated is the collection of data and its transmission to the service provider triggered. Without activating the plugin, which is only done at your request, you can surf our website, without personal data being transmitted to the operators of the social networks in accordance with data protection. In this case, the data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR and in the interest of protecting your freedom of expression and making it easier to (communicate) share contributions.
The plug-ins used are limited to applications from the companies listed under "Social Media, Portals". We have no influence on the collected data and data processing procedures and also have no knowledge of the full scope of the data collection, the purposes of the processing, the storage periods. We also have no information about the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.
We make every effort to comply with our obligation to provide information and to offer those affected the highest level of information transparency. If you need more information about data processing by these companies, we recommend that you contact the person responsible for the respective service. Should our cooperation be necessary, we will of course support you in enforcing your rights as a data subject.

Our website uses the Google Analytics Remarketing function in connection with the cross functions of the providers Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. This function makes it possible to connect the advertising target groups created with the Google Analytics remarketing tool to the cross-device function of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick.
In this way, interest-based, personalized advertising messages that depend on your previous usage and surfing behavior on one device (e.g. mobile phone) are also displayed on another of your devices (e.g. tablet or laptop). To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated user IDs to define and create audiences for cross-device advertising.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, your consent that you have given with the cookie banner. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by going to the cookie settings and changing your selection there. You can also prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. We use Google Adwords to draw attention to our offers by means of advertising (so-called Google Adwords) on external websites. Based on the data from the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. In doing so, we are interested in showing you advertising that is of interest to you, in making our website more interesting and in achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
These advertising media are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers". Each AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of Adwords customers. The number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), the last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (indication that the user no longer wishes to be contacted) is stored. These cookies enable Google to recognize your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an AdWords customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
We receive statistical evaluations from Google. Based on these evaluations, we can see which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. Through the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and are therefore informing you according to our current knowledge: By integrating AdWords Conversion, Google receives the information that you have accessed or accessed the relevant part of our website clicked on one of our ads.
